Before we begin any hypnotherapy, we would get to know each other, before discussing why you need hypnotherapy. There are a number of hypnotherapy strategies available, each one suitable for different purposes.
If you feel nervous about hypnotherapy we can use lighter forms, then go into deeper levels when you feel comfortable. Typically, you won’t need many sessions and hypnotherapy will enable you to quickly access your potential for change, that is already within you.
For problems such as smoking, just 1 to 5 sessions will suffice. If you are hesitant to receive hypnotherapy, it is a highly successful treatment that is recommended by the NHS. The success rate for hypnotherapy is around the 80 to 90%.
